NeighborPing is operated by TurnNet Labs LLC, 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901 ("we"). By using NeighborPing you agree to these terms.
We check websites you give us (does it load, is the security certificate valid, do homepage links work) and email you about problems. Paid plans add checks through home internet connections run by people who have chosen to take part in the TurnNet network.
Add websites you own or manage, or have permission to monitor. Don't use NeighborPing to overload or test sites you don't control.
Checks can miss problems or report problems that aren't there. NeighborPing is a helpful early warning, not a guarantee your site is working. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard ("Manage or cancel plan") or by emailing us; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can stop watching a site or unsubscribe anytime. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
